    • PURPOSE: A polymer paint composition is provided to ensure excellent antifouling property, chemical resistance, adhesive property, resistivity to UV and moisture, and environment-friendliness since harmfulness heavy metals are not included. CONSTITUTION: A polymer paint composition for preventing the pollution and corrosion of a steel structure includes a base material and a hardener in weight ratio of 1:1-5:1. The base material comprises a bisphenol A type epoxy resin, acrylate resin, reactive epoxy diluent, silicon carbide, alumina, silica, Zn, ZnO, TiO2, CaCO3, inorganic pigment, hydrophilic silica powder, lipophilic clay powder, antifoaming agent, dispersing agent, UV stabilizer and UV blocking agent. The hardener comprises denatured cycloaliphatic amine, non-yellowish polyisocyanate hardener, silica, CaCO3, hydrophilic silica powder, lipophilic clay powder, antifoaming agent and dispersing agent.

    • A polymer/ceramics anticorrosive is provided to ensure controllable curing time, exhibit a behavior similar to that of concrete, prevent abrasion of a concrete structure, and be strong against degradation, corrosion, or carbonation. A polymer/ceramics anticorrosive comprises a base material and a hardening agent in a weight blend ratio of 3:1. The base material includes 40-50 parts by weight of a cycloaliphatic polymer resin consisting of 3.4-epoxy cyclohexylmethyl 3-4 epoxy cyclohexene carbonate resin or 4-vinyl cyclohexenediepoxide resin, 10-20 parts by weight of a reactive polymer resin consisting of butyl glycidyl ether resin or phenyl glycidyl ether resin, 10-15 parts by weight of amorphous fumed silica, 0.5-1 parts by weight of tixogel(MP-100), 5-10 parts by weight of spherical zirconia, 10-15 parts by weight of ceramic powder, 5-10 parts by weight of zinc oxide, and 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of alkylbenzene.     • Provided is a polymer paint composition which is prevented in the neutralization and salt damage of a concrete structure, is excellent in the adhesive strength with a concrete structure and is free from an organic solvent or a thinner. The polymer paint composition comprises a base which comprises 35-68 wt% of a bisphenol A type epoxy resin, 5-10 wt% of a reactive diluent selected from butyl glycidyl ether, phenyl glycidyl ether and a C12-C14 aliphatic glycidyl ether, 3-15 wt% of a dimer acid modified epoxy resin, 5-30 wt% of silicon carbide, 5-30 wt% of alumina, 3-20 wt% of silica, 1-10 wt% of zinc, 1-10 wt% of titanium dioxide, 3-30 wt% of calcium carbonate, 5-20 wt% of an inorganic pigment comprising CoO and Co3O4, 0.1-2 wt% of Aerosil, 0.1-2 wt% of Tixogel, 0.1-1.0 wt% of a silane coupling agent selected from 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 3-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane and 3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane, 0.1-1 wt% of an antifoaming agent and 0.1-1 wt% of a dispersant; and a curing agent which comprises 60-95 wt% of a cyclic aliphatic polyamine or polyamide resin, 1-20 wt% of silica, 1-20 wt% of CaCO3, 0.1-2 wt% of Tixogel and 0.1-2 wt% of Aerosil. The ratio of the base and the curing agent is 1-5 : 1 by weight.
