    • A scale rod fixing device for level survey is provided to reduce an error generated during the level survey by changing direction of the scale rod while a support frame is stably fixed to a support surface. A scale rod fixing device for level survey comprises a scale rod(100) for level survey, a fixing frame(200) and a support frame(300). The scale rod for level survey includes a first joint groove in a lower end and a second joint groove in an upper end. The fixing frame includes a first protrusion part(210) inserted into the first joint groove(110) and a second protrusion part(220) inserted into the second joint groove(120) in internal space, and is connected to a support part in a lower part. The support frame is connected to a lower end of the fixing frame, and includes a plurality of bridge members(310) in a lower part.

    • A method for extracting the ground height by using aviation laser measurement data is provided to clarify a curve of a road and a mountain and a boundary of the road. A control member obtains the aviation laser measurement data through an aviation laser generator in order to extract the ground height(S10). Thereafter, the control member classifies the obtained aviation laser measurement data into topographical data. The control member determines an error point(S20a), forms plural triangle networks(S20b) and classifies the topographical data for satisfying the specific parameter among plural aviation laser measurement data(S20c). The control member performs the extraction process of the ground height by means of the separated topographical data(S30).
