A spacer grid with an unsymmetrical dimple for filtering a debris(D) includes a spacer grid(20) and a dimple(21). The spacer grid divides a plurality of unit grid cells by crossing strips with slots horizontally and vertically and reciprocally inserting the slots. The dimple is formed by asymmetrically bending the strips to be divided into a short piece(212) and a long piece(211), projected from centers of grid surfaces of the spacer grids in a perpendicular direction, and installed on the grid surface in a direction to have a minimum cross section for an axial direction of the spacer grid to support a lower rod short stopper(14) of a fuel rod through a line contact between the long piece of the dimple and the lower rod short stopper.

    • A top nozzle assembly having a volute spring in a nuclear fuel assembly is provided to secure rigidity against an external stress and endure load by a hydraulic uplift force of the nuclear fuel assembly when reducing a close adhesion length of the spring. A top nozzle assembly for a nuclear fuel assembly includes a press plate(25), a passage plate(24), a volute spring, and a peripheral guide pillar(22). The press plate includes a circular press plate central penetration hole(251) and four circular press plate peripheral penetration holes(252) and is supported by an insertion pipe of a nuclear reactor. The passage plate includes a circular passage plate penetration hole(241) and four passage plate peripheral penetration holes(242). A guide pipe and a measurement pipe of the nuclear fuel assembly are connected to the passage plate peripheral penetration holes and the passage plate central penetration hole respectively. The volute spring is supported by being connected to the press plate peripheral penetration holes and limits the motion of the nuclear fuel assembly in an axial direction transmitted to the passage plate by being connected to the passage plate peripheral through holes. The peripheral guide pillar is formed in a hollow cylinder shape, includes a peripheral suspension unit(221) which is formed on an upper part and has a greater diameter than that of a body, and limits the motion of the passage plate in a horizontal direction by being fixed to the passage plate peripheral penetration holes through the press plate peripheral penetration holes and a center of the volute spring.

    • PURPOSE: An assembly welding device of CANFLEX fuel bundle is provided so that a new CANFLEX can be achieved with high productivity compared to the conventional CANFLEX bundle welder(10 bundles per time) by effectiveness of welding device. CONSTITUTION: The assembly welding device of CANFLEX fuel bundle includes several devices. A mechanism of a rotary arm type is constructed by combining a base frame(1), a column(2), an upper frame(3) and a transfer arm(5) on a column(2). The base frame(1) is constructed by four working positioned. A welding head(6) and an assembly rotation motor(10) are mounted to the upper frame(3). The transfer arm(5) are inserted to the column(2), rotated at the axis with a column(2) by using a rotation motor(10) and a timing belt(7) and transfers the CANFLEX to other working position. An upper frame(3), a base frame(1) and a transfer arm(5) are a combined structure on a column(2).

    • 본 발명은 원자로에 사용되는 핵연료집합체의 들림을 방지하는 핵연료집합체용 상단고정체에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 핵연료집합체의 축방향 움직임에 대하여 최적의 누름력을 제공하며 매우 적은 밀착높이를 갖는 볼류트형 스프링을 사용하는 핵연료집합체용 상단고정체에 관한 것이다.
      본 발명에 의한 상단고정체는 누름판, 유로판, 볼류트 스프링 및 외곽안내기둥을 구비한다.
      상기 누름판은 원형의 누름판중앙관통구 및 상기 누름판중앙관통구를 중심으로 90°의 각을 이루는 4개의 원형 누름판외곽관통구가 형성되고, 상기 원자로의 삽입관에 의하여 지지된다.
      또한 상기 유로판은 원형의 유로판중앙관통구 및 상기 유로판중앙관통구를 중심으로 90°의 각을 이루는 4개의 유로판외곽관통구가 형성되고, 유로판외곽관통구와 유로판중앙관통구에 각각 핵연료집합체의 안내관과 계측관이 각각 연결된다.
      또한 상기 볼류트스프링은 상기 누름판의 누름판외곽관통구에 연결되어 지지되고, 상기 유로판외곽관통구에 연결되어 상기 유로판에 전달되는 핵연료집합체의 축방향 움직임을 제한한다.
      또한 상기 외곽안내기둥은 상기 누름판외곽관통구에 적은 유격으로 삽입될 수 있는 직경을 가진 중공원통형으로 형성되고, 상단에는 몸체의 직경보다 큰 직경을 갖는 외곽걸이부를 구비하며, 상기 누름판외곽관통구와 상기 볼류트스프링의 중 앙을 관통하여 상기 유로판의 유로판외곽관통구에 고정되어 상기 유로판의 횡방향 움직임을 제한한다.
      상기 구성을 통하여 본 발명에 의한 상단고정체는 상단고정체의 높이를 줄여 원자로의 연소에 직접적으로 필요한 연료봉의 길이를 증가시킬 수 있는 공간을 확보 할 수 있도록 한다.

A top nozzle assembly having a double hold down spring in a nuclear fuel assembly includes a pushing plate(11), an outer guide post(12), a supporting unit(10), a central guide post(14), and an elastic body(20). The elastic body has a spring which provides an elastic force to the nuclear fuel assembly. The outer guide post is vertically connected between the pushing plate and a flow field plate. The central guide post is vertically protruded to the flow field plate in parallel with the outer guide post in the pushing plate direction. The elastic body has first and second springs which have different elastic coefficient and are penetrated by the outer guide post. The first and second springs are connected to each other in series. A plate is installed between the first spring and the second spring of the elastic body.
