A borehole to inject the anti-rust material is selected and bored based on the examined position(S3). A fixed anchor is installed on the borehole(S4). An injection cylinder is connected to the fixed anchor to intensively fill the borehole(S6).

The injection cylinder is connected to the fixed anchor. The injection cylinder fills the anti-rust material in the borehole with constant pressure.

The washer has a shape able to be wholly press the compressive packing and is arranged on the compressive packing and anchor fixing nut.
