    • PURPOSE: A polymer drug delivery system of three dimensional shape and a method for preparing the same are provided to control drug release. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a polymer drug delivery system by inkjet printing method comprises: a step of mixing biocompatible polymers, drug, and organic solvent to prepare polymer ink; a step of injecting the polymer ink to a printer cartridge and mounting the cartridge to an inkjet printer; and a step of performing inkjet printing of polymer ink on a substrate. The organic solvent includes tetrahydrofuran, dimethyl aceteamide, dimethyl formamide, chloroform, dimethyl sulfoxide, butanol, isopropanol, isobutayl alcohol, tetra butyl alcohol, acetic acid, 1,4-dioxane, toluene, or dimethyl formamide.
    • 目的:提供三维形状的聚合物药物递送系统及其制备方法以控制药物释放。 构成:通过喷墨印刷法制造聚合物药物递送系统的方法包括:将生物相容性聚合物,药物和有机溶剂混合以制备聚合物油墨的步骤; 将聚合物油墨注入打印机墨盒并将墨盒安装到喷墨打印机的步骤; 以及在基材上进行聚合物油墨的喷墨印刷的工序。 有机溶剂包括四氢呋喃,二甲基乙酰胺,二甲基甲酰胺,氯仿,二甲基亚砜,丁醇,异丙醇,异丁醇,四丁醇,乙酸,1,4-二恶烷,甲苯或二甲基甲酰胺。
