摘要： PURPOSE: A phenylisoxazoline compound and a method for preparing the same are provided to ensure high herbicidal activity with safety and to improve productivity of crops. CONSTITUTION: An ortho-substituted phenylisoxazoline compounds containing 2,6-difluorobenzyloxymethyl is denoted by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula I, R1 is C1-C4 alkyl group, halogen group, or haloalkyl group; R2 is hydrogen, methyl group, or ethyl group. An herbicide contains phenylisoxazoline compounds of chemical formula 1, racemic body thereof, or mirror image isomer as an active ingredient.

摘要： PURPOSE: An industrial method for preparing [5-{(2,6-difluorobenzyloxy)methyl}-4,5-dihydro-5-methyl-3-(3-methylthiophene-2-yl)-isoxazole](methiozolin) is provided to obtain a large amount of the methiozolin of high purity and to cultivate agricultural crops. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing thiozolin(chemical formula 1) comprises: a step of reacting 4,5-dihydro-5-methyl-3-{(3-methylthiophene-2-yl)-isoxazole-5-yl}methanol of chemical formula 2 with 2,6-difluorobenzyl(chloride or bromide) of chemical formula 3 using an alkali metal base and a phase converting catalyst in a mixture of water and organic solvent at 50-100 Deg. C. to prepare the concentrate of an organic layer; and a step of crystallizing the concentrate in a mixture solvent of water/ethanol, water/isopropanol, or C1-C3 alcohol/n-heptane. The organic solvent is benzene, toluene, xylene, chlorobenzene, or 1,2-dichloroethane. The alkali metal base is sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, or lithium hydroxide.

摘要： A 5-benzyloxymethyl-1,2-isoxazoline derivative compound is provided to show high herbicidal activity as an upland herbicide as well as high herbicidal activity on lawn grass and seeded rice, thereby being used as a herbicide for lawn grass or seeded rice. A herbicide for lawn grass comprises a 5-benzyloxymethyl-1,2-isoxazoline derivative represented by a formula(I) as an effective ingredient and is treated by Zoysiagrass, cool season turfgrasses, bentgrass, kentucky bluegrass, perennial ryegrass and warm season turfgrasses before or after germination to weed selectively finger grass and annual bluegrass. In the formula(I), each X1, X2, and X3 is independently H, methyl, halogen, methoxy or nitro(provided that all of the X1, X2 and X3 being H is excepted); and each Y1, Y2 and Y3 is independently H or F. A herbicide for lawn grass comprises 5-(2,6-difluorobenzyl)oxymethyl-5-methyl-3-(4-methylthiophene-5-yl)-1,2-isoxazoline represented by the formula(II) as an effective ingredient, a solid media, a liquid media or a surfactant.
