摘要： PURPOSE: A producing method of a bismuth telluride nanotube is provided to accurately controlling the diffusion speed of tellium atoms and the reduction speed of bismuth ions. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a bismuth telluride nanotube comprises the following steps: inserting a bismuth compound into a mixed solution containing an alkali aqueous solution, a reducing agent, and a surfactant for obtaining a bismuth solution; inserting a tellium nanowire into the bismuth solution; and hydrothermally synthesizing the mixture at 80~200deg C for forming the bismuth telluride nanotube. The alkali aqueous solution is added into the bismuth solution for securing the pH of the solution in 11~13.5.
