    • The present invention relates to a composite insulating material for construction and a method for manufacturing the composite insulating material and, more specifically, to a composite insulating material for construction and a method for manufacturing the composite insulating material including: a foam insulation plate material; and a surface material which has reinforcing materials made of an inorganic sheet including glass fiber and laminated on at least one surface of the foam insulation plate and which has mortar applied to the reinforcing material, cured while penetrated in between the reinforcing material and the glass fiber, and then attached to the foam insulation plate material. According to the present invention, the composite insulating material for construction and a method for manufacturing the composite insulating material can perform an insulation process and a finish process at the same time without an additional finish process; can block blazes caused in the event of a fire by using the reinforcing material which is made of an inorganic sheet including glass fiber which is a flame retardant material; and can reduce manufacturing costs and increase production efficiency by continuously manufacturing the composite insulating material on which the surface material is laminated in a continuous process unlike the prior method of laminating surface materials after manufacturing the insulation material.

    • PURPOSE: A composite insulating material for a building is provided to remove the necessity of a separate finishing process, to be resistant to shocks, and to improve the binding force of an insulating material and mortar. CONSTITUTION: A composite insulating material(10A) for a building comprises an insulating board(2), a reinforcing material(4), and mortar(6). The reinforcing material is made of a nonwoven material or papers including a fiber. The reinforcing material is layered in one side of the insulating board. The mortar is applied on the reinforcing material, penetrates a space between fibers, and is attached to the insulating board. The mortar comprises 40-60 parts by weight of gypsum containing powder and 40-60 parts by weight of sand containing powder.
