    • PURPOSE: A wire filled with flux is provided to improve weldability and arc stability with reducing the amount of spatters by properly adjusting the ratio of aluminum powder to slag forming agent. CONSTITUTION: A flux filling wire includes 3.0 to 7.0 weight percent of TiO2, 0.5 to 3.0 weight percent of SiO2, 0.1 to 1.5 weight percent of ZrO2, 0.1 to 1.0 weight percent of Al2O3, 0.3 to 1.2 weight percent of Al powder, 0.05 to 0.5 weight percent of metal fluoride, 0.02 to 0.15 weight percent of A2O+Na2O, 0.2 to 1.2 weight percent of Si, 0.5 to 3.0 weight percent of Mn, metal compound and impurities. A value of Al powder/(TiO2+ SiO2+ZrO2) is in a range of 0.05 to 0.18. TiO2 is slag forming agent for stabilizing arc. SiO2 is slag forming agent for uniformly coating slag. ZrO2 is oxide having high melting point and capable of prevent molten metal from being flowing down.

A ratio of Ti+Mg+Al to a slag forming agent including Ti oxide and Zr oxide is about 0.05 to 0.20, and a ratio of Ti to Ti oxide+Zr oxide is about 0.03 to 0.12.
