    • A multiple beam forming method for gaining the multi-user diversity gain and an apparatus thereof are provided to increase multi user diversity gain by using one matrix and utilize space freedom by multi antenna by using multi beam every time slot. A user terminal grouping unit groups user terminals by using feedback information received from each user terminal(S240). A base station scheduler uses the feedback information of the user terminal and the coding word. The user terminal in which the base station scheduler assigns each stream is determined(S250). The COMBF precoder of the base station uses the determined coding word and the unitary matrix promised between transmitter and receiver(S260). A multiplexer multiplexes the outputs of the COMBF precoder. The multiplexer inserts the MIMO midamble and the electrical transmission is performed through a plurality of transmission antenna(S270).

    • A preprocessing device in a multi-user MIMO(Multiple Input Multiple Output) communication system and a preprocessing method are provided to select a constellation rotational angle based on interference signals between users on a transmission end, thereby minimizing transmission power as improving performance even without deteriorating a structural gain of an existing multi-user MIMO preprocessing device. An interference signal substantial channel generator(140) extracts an interference signal to be applied to a transmission signal of the first user. A rotational angle selector(110) selects a rotational angle for rotating constellation of the transmission signal to be transmitted by the first user, by using the extracted interference signal and rotational angle number information. A modulo operator(120) controls transmission power by removing the interference signal from the transmission signal of the first user. A matrix multiplier(130) multiplies a Hermitian matrix by the transmission signal of the first user to generate a communication channel for sending the transmission signal of the first user to a receiving end(200) as the selected rotational angle.
