    • PURPOSE: A capacitive micro inclinometer, which detect the change of electrostatic capacity, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to detect the change of electrostatic capacity by forming a movable electrode and a fixed electrode, detecting the electrostatic capacity, in a teeth of a comb shape at a tilt. CONSTITUTION: A capacitive micro inclinometer comprises a mass body(410), a spring(430), a movable electrode(420) and a fixed electrode(440). The spring is displaced according to the tilt angle of the mass body and transfers the mass body in a fixed direction. The moveable and fixed electrodes detect the change of the electrostatic capacity through the movement of the mass body. The movable electrode and fixed electrodes have the flat and vertical side section.
