    • A multilayer restoration apparatus for adaptively applying an LCAS(Link Capacity Adjustment Scheme) and a method thereof are provided to minimize the data loss due to an increase in restoration time and previously prevent service interruption in case of failing to secure reserve channels by adaptively applying an LCAS according to the significance of channel-by-channel services. A software restoration part(320) in a multilayer restoration apparatus comprises a service judgement part(321), a dynamic restoration part(324), a pre-planned restoration part(322), and an LCAS(323). The service judgement part(321) previously stores channel-by-channel service priority information in a network. The dynamic restoration part(324) broadcasts a restoration message through a message communication channel between network nodes and execute fault restoration. The pre-planned restoration part(322) executes fault restoration through a pre-appointed restoration route according to the occurrence location of a network fault. The LCAS(323) automatically reduces link capacity by removing a specific node if a fault has occurred from the specific node. If the fault is removed, the LCAS(323) automatically returns the link capacity to normal and executes fault restoration.

    • PURPOSE: A wireless multimedia terminal system for vehicles and a method for operating thereof are provided to offer the video phone service between drivers on the move or between a driver on the move and a fixed network user and to achieve an extended operation even under the mobile radio environments of vehicles and mobile workers by adding a radio modem installation option. CONSTITUTION: A wireless multimedia terminal system for vehicles consists of a driver interface part(100), a multimedia data processing part(120), a call control and data transfer part(130), a multi-task supporting part(140), and a communication access part(150). The driver interface part(100) having a driver interface module(101) presents data for the reference of operation information and takes charge of the start and end function of a video phone. The multimedia data processing part(120) contains a voice synthesis and voice recognition module(121), an audio input/output and audio stream driver module(122), and a video capture/output and video stream driver module(123). The call control and data transfer part(130) having a call setup module(131) covers a call setup function so that a driver can provides a video phone participation request to a remote place or respond to a video phone invitation from a remote place. The multi-task supporting part(140) grants a multi-task function to application programs under the operating system of a vehicle terminal system. The communication access part(150) contains a wireless modem driver module(151), a wired modem driver module(152), and an ECU(Electronics Control Unit) driver module(153).

      펜 컴퓨터를 위한 펜 인식에는 다양한 문자나 기호등의 인식이 요구되며, 각 각의 독특한 특징과 응용분야 등에 따라 각각 다른 인식기나 외부 인식기와 연결하여 사용하는 경우가 많다. 그러나 온라인 펜 사용을 위해서는 빠른 펜 인식 처리가 요구되나 많은 시간과 펜 시스템 관리가 어려워지고 있는 문제가 발생되고 있다.
      본 발명은 펜 입력 데이터를 분석한 후, 문자나 기호의 특성을 고려하여 인식해야 할 인식 시스템 관리 및 처리를 나누어 처리함으로써 인식 시간을 단축시킬 수 있고, 전체의 펜 시스템 관리 및 처리를 나누어 처리함으로써 신속한 인식 처리와 시스템의 확장 및 변경을 용이하도록 하였다.
