    • PURPOSE: A device and a method for extracting an object based on multi image analysis are provided to designate and extract each object extraction result as a foreground object or a background object, thereby eliminating problems related to drastically reduced modeling speed due to a large change value and a screen made of visible rays or when a dynamic screen of a monitor does not appear. CONSTITUTION: An object extracting device based on multi image analysis includes a partition and determination unit(103a), an extraction unit(103b) based on an infrared ray image, and an extraction unit(103c) based on a multi image. The partition and determination unit determines a dynamic background through each block partitioned into color images. The extraction unit based on an infrared ray image extracts an object pixel through a background differential value between threshold values of an infrared ray image and infrared ray background model information in case of a dynamic background. The extraction unit extracts an object pixel, based on a multi image, through an infrared ray image based result and a color image based result in case when a dynamic background does not appear.
