    • An apparatus for connecting a high voltage cable of a substation is provided to offer power to consumers and reduce repair cost by supporting a connecting unit of the cable with a cable support and preventing the disconnection of the connecting unit. An apparatus for connecting a high voltage cable(1) of a substation includes a cable insertion guide hole(10), a water-leakage blocking ring(20), a connector(30), and a cable support(40). The cable insertion guide hole is installed to face a manhole and consists of a plurality of cylindrical cable pipes(11) which penetrate the side wall of the underground manhole and has the high voltage cable inside, an outer wall waterproof plate(12) which is integrally formed at one side of the cable pipe and has the inner surface supported by the outer surface of the manhole, an inner wall waterproof plate(13) which is integrally formed at the other side of the cable path and has the inner surface supported by the inner surface of the manhole, and a cable guide pipe(14) which is protruded to be connected with the cable pipe and guides the high voltage cable. The water-leakage blocking ring is coupled by a plurality of bolts at the outer surface of the inner wall waterproof plate, and seals the gap between the inner wall waterproof plate and the high voltage cable. The connector is pipe-shaped with a diameter to become larger toward one end and both open sides, and is inserted into the end which faces the high voltage cable, and consists of a first connecting piece(31) and a second connecting piece(32) which seal a connecting unit of the high voltage cable by being charged with a water stopping agent through injection holes. The cable support has a curved cable installment groove at the upper surface and a bottom unit(42) to support the cable support inside the manhole, and supports the high voltage through the cable installment groove.

CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for detecting an underground distribution power cable includes a couple of power line couplers(102,103), a power cable communication modem portion, a communication mode switch(104), a CPU(114), an LCD panel(110), and a power supply portion. The power line couplers(102,103) are used for extracting or inputting communication signals from or to a power line. The power cable communication modem portion connects the power line couplers(102,103) to the CPU(114). The communication mode switch(104) is used for selecting one of a receiving mode and a transmitting mode. The CPU(114) is used for controlling a transmitting process and a receiving process. The LCD panel(110) is used for displaying a level of the received signal as the number. The power supply portion supplies necessary power to each element.

    • A jumper cable clamp apparatus for an overhead transmission line is provided to fix the jumper cable firmly regardless of the bad weather or an external impact after fixing the jumper cable by using a hanging groove. A motor(11) to rotate in both directions is installed in a support frame(10). A coupling groove(13) with a screw shape in a position adjacent to the motor is formed in the support frame. A rotation member(20) includes a gear groove(21) into which a gear(12) in the motor is inserted in an inner portion and a plurality of hanging grooves(23) in an outer portion and is rotated by the rotation force of the motor. A reverse rotation preventing frame(30) includes a support plate(31). A ring unit with a coupling groove is installed in the reverse rotation preventing frame to corresponding to the hanging groove. The reverse rotation preventing frame is coupled to the coupling groove formed in the support frame by a screw thread(35) geared with the coupling groove. A body unit(41), a winding axis(42) to couple and fix the jumper cable, a roller member(45) guiding the jumper cable to the winding axis are installed in an outer circumference of a winding member(40). The winding member is installed in the upper portion of the rotation member. A fixing frame(50) includes a fixing unit(51) fixing the connection bar coupled to a connection yoke of inner insulator(1) in the upper portion and a bearing(53) in the lower portion. The support stand(60) supports the fixing frame by coupling one end with the bearing and the other with the head unit. A rotation unit(32) is installed in the support stand to implement the rotational displacement of the ring up and down.
