    • PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for determining an internal fault of a pad mounted transformer are provided to reduce working time and outage time by rapidly repairing the pad mounted transformer. CONSTITUTION: A pressure sensor(11) is installed in an inner box of a pad mounted transformer and measures pressure of the pad mounted transformer. A current sensor(12-15) is installed at each terminal of a secondary bushing and measures A, B, C, and N phase currents. A measurement analyzer(16) calculates a variation rate of pressure and current by using a value from the pressure sensor and the current sensor. The measurement analyzer determines an outer or inner fault of the pad mounted transformer.

    • PURPOSE: A loop distribution line failure processing method and a loop distribution line cut-off device are provided to process a failure of a loop distribution line even if a circuit breaker of the loop distribution line is open and current direction information is not received by separating a failure section from the loop distribution line by using status information received from a circuit breaker adjacent to the failure section of the loop distribution line. CONSTITUTION: If a failure occurs in a section between a first circuit breaker(110) and a second circuit breaker(120), a first control part(112) transmits a first status information signal containing current direction information collected from a first circuit cut-off part(111) to a second control part(125) in a first cycle(S100). The second control part transmits a second status information signal containing open contact point information to the first control part in the first cycle(S110). The first control part transmits a third status information signal containing a trip command(TS) and current direction information to the second control part in a second cycle(S120). The second control part transmits a fourth status information signal containing the open contact point information to the first control part in the second cycle(S130). The first control part stands by for a predetermined protection time and then opens the first circuit cut-off part by tripping the first circuit cut-off part(S140). The first control part transmits a fifth status information signal containing a cut-off command(DTS), a trip command, and current direction information to the second control part(S150). The second control part opens a second circuit cut-off part(121) by tripping the second circuit cut-off part according to the cut-off command included in the fifth status information signal(S160).     • PURPOSE: A system for measuring a dangerous voltage and a method thereof are provided to calculate distribution of a voltage to ground for a reference frequency, thereby controlling an effect of a reference frequency drift current generated by a leakage or system failure. CONSTITUTION: A voltage measuring unit(151) respectively measures a voltage to the ground for a plurality of foot electrodes by calculating potential difference between the foot electrodes and assistant electrodes. The voltage measuring unit measures the voltage between a surface of a support and a physical body resisting unit. A signal converting unit(152) converts an analog signal into a digital signal. A filtering unit(153) performs a filtering operation according to a frequency feature such as a band pass filter, etc. A calculating unit(154) calculates distribution of the voltage to the ground by using a measuring value of the voltage to the ground for the foot electrodes. The calculating unit calculates a dangerous voltage by using the distribution of the voltage to the ground.
