    • PURPOSE: A distribution automation sever and method which supports the failure recovery of a distribution line are provided to automatically switch and restore a failed section by using failure display information transmitted from an electric power substation breaker, a distribution line breaker, and an opening and closing switch. CONSTITUTION: An electric power substation shearing process part(130) processes a signal received from an electric power substation breaker(10) and a failure display part included in the electric power substation breaker. A distribution line shear process part(140) processes a signal received from a distribution line breaker(30) and a failure display part included in the signal received from a distribution line breaker. An automatic failure treatment part(110) grasps failure situations by using the signal received from the electric power substation breaker or the distribution line breaker as a reference signal. An automatic sectional load calculation part(120) calculates the load of a failure section in order to process malfunctions according to failure type which is grasped in the automatic failure treatment part.

    • The present invention provides a direction determination method for a directional property protection apparatus for power distribution lines. The directional property protection apparatus can perform a fault direction determination process regarding the directional property protection apparatus using a fault current in a distribution line connected with a distributed power source. Accordingly, the present invention includes: a first step in which the directional property protection apparatus determines whether one of the current value of an image current is twice as bigger than the current value of one of the three-phase-sequence currents or more when a failure occurs in the distribution line connected with the distributed power source; and a second step in which the occurrence of a failure current in a reverse direction is determined when the directional property protection apparatus determines one of the current value of an image current is twice as bigger than the current value of one of the three-phase-sequence currents or more, or the occurrence of a failure current in a forward direction is determined when the directional property protection apparatus determines one of the current value of an image current is less than the twice of the current value of one of the three-phase-sequence currents.

    • PURPOSE: A voltage/reactive power control system of an electric power system and a method for the same are provided to enhance accuracy of voltage control by accurately producing voltage size. CONSTITUTION: A voltage output part(710) produces the voltage of a node by using at least one among voltage, current, and power factor of an adjacent node. A control variable output part(720) produces a value of a control variable by using an objective function including one or more control variables in order to control the produced voltage. A controller(730) controls distributed power according to the value of the control variable with the other control device. The distributed power is composed of at least one among wind power generation, solar power generation, and a fuel battery.
