摘要： PURPOSE: An earthing device equipping an electroscope function is provided to perform voltage detection and earthing by using an insulating stick without the earthing device and an electroscope. CONSTITUTION: A voltage detection unit(300) is combined with a combining unit(510) of an insulating stick(500). A length of the insulating stick is controlled. Fastening fittings(400) connect an earthing wire with a wire. The voltage detection unit includes connection fittings, a detection unit for detecting the flow of currents, and a display unit displaying the detected flow of the currents. The voltage detection unit and the fastening fittings are attached to or detached from the combining unit.
