    • 본발명은변전설비보호제어시스템에관한것이다. 보다상세하게는변전소의주요설비들에대한보호및 제어를위해구비되는단로기및 차단기주변에설치되는전류센서및 전압센서로부터계측되는값을기반으로변전소의주요설비에대한보호제어를수행할수 있는변전설비보호제어시스템에관한것이다. 본발명은변전설비의보호제어를위한시스템에있어서, 상기변전설비를구성하는복수개의뱅크각각에구비되며각각의뱅크에포함된변압기의 1차측및 2차측에구비되는복수개의감지센서로부터감지신호를전송받은후 상기감지신호를이용하여상기각각의뱅크에서의이상상태발생여부를판단하는상태판단부; 및상기복수개의뱅크각각에구비되며상기상태판단부의판단결과에따라상기각각의뱅크에포함된변압기 1차측및 2차측에구비되는복수개의차단기의동작을제어하는차단제어부를포함하는것을특징으로한다. 본발명에의하면종래의변전설비의보호제어를위해요구되는보호계전기의개수를크게줄일수 있으므로전력설비보호제어시스템의구성을단순화할수 있는효과를갖는다.

    • PURPOSE: A method for estimating frequency offsets simplified in an OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) system and a receiver thereof are provided to efficiently estimate frequency offsets by using a simplified near ML estimation function. CONSTITUTION: A receiver receives two OFDM signals from a transmitter(S301). A frequency offset estimation module of the receiver calculates a coefficient and a constant defined by using a received signal vector to generate a CFO(Carrier Frequency Offset) and a SFO(Sampling Frequency Offset) estimated according to a preset near ML estimation function(S302). The frequency offset estimation module calculates the CFO estimated by using a received signal vector and the coefficient and the constant calculated in a pre-stage(S303). The frequency offset estimation module calculates the SFO estimated by using the coefficient and the constant(S304).

    • PURPOSE: A multi-path channel estimator and a method thereof are provided to improve the estimation error of a time delay for a receiving signal through multi-paths. CONSTITUTION: A multi-path number estimator(150) estimates a multi-path number. A first time delay estimator(120) estimates a first time delay value for each of multi-paths through an intrinsic value and the estimated multi-path number. A second time delay estimator(130) estimates a second time delay value through the error of the first time delay value. An attenuation factor estimator(140) estimates the attenuation factor of the multi-paths through the frequency domain channel response of a receiving signal and the estimated second time delay value.

    • PURPOSE: A data demodulation method for decreasing effect of impulsive noise based on multi-carrier and apparatus therefore is provided to modulate data transmitted through a data symbol by performing frequency conversion of restored receiving signal. CONSTITUTION: In a data demodulation method for decreasing effect of impulsive noise based on multi-carrier and apparatus therefore, a signal corresponding to a data symbol is received(S610). The received signal is divided into a plurality of groups by using the constant period of a time region index(S620). The signal quality value of a plurality of groups is calculated(S630). A normal group having no impulse noise and an abnormal group having impulse noise are determined by using signal quality value(S640). The abnormal group is restored by using the normal group(S650). Transmitted data is modulated through the data symbol using receiving signal which is converted into a frequency area and the data transmission pattern of the data symbol(S660,S670).
