    • The present disclosure relates to a silicon thin film which can be used for a semiconductor or a solar cell, a method of manufacturing the same, and an electronic device including the same. According to the present invention, provided is the method of manufacturing a silicon thin film, which includes the steps of: spreading a silicon oxide over a substrate before sintering to obtain a silicon oxide film; and electrochemically reducing the silicon oxide film to form a porous film before sintering again. Therefore, the silicon thin film used for a semiconductor, a solar cell, a secondary battery and the like can be easily prepared at low costs with the smaller number of processes than the related art, so the price competitiveness of a product can be improved.

    • PURPOSE: A hot-melt salt oxygen ion sensor electrode and an oxygen ion measurement method are provided to use in a metal ingot manufacturing process or a uranium collecting process of a dry separation process by regularly controlling the chemical condition of molten salt. CONSTITUTION: A hot-melt salt oxygen ion sensor electrode comprises a heat convection cutoff pipe and a carbon electrode. The carbon electrode is located at the center of the heat convection cutoff pipe. The heat convection cutoff pipe is made of one selected from the group consisting of glass, quartz, crystal, and ceramics. The oxygen ion sensor electrode measures the oxygen ion amount within the hot-melt salt. The oxygen ion sensor electrode blocks the convection of the molten using the heat convection cutoff pipe and measures current according to diffusion.
