    • 본 발명은 표면처리제 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 금형에 사출부품을 위치시킨 상태에서 중창 소재의 원액을 투입하여 중창을 사출성형하여, 하나의 금형에서 중창이 사출성형됨과 동시에 상기 사출부품과 접착하도록 함으로써, 종래 가압프레스를 이용한 제조방식과 달리, 제조공정을 단순화시키고 금형제작비, 성형공정에 사용되는 각종 에너지(전기, 열 등)를 절감하여 생산효율을 향상시키도록 하되, 상기와 같은 사출성형을 이용한 제조방식에서 중창과 사출부품 간의 접착력을 향상시키기 위하여, 사출부품에 도포되는 표면 처리제를 염화 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 그라프트 중합물 75 ~ 95 중량% 및 염화 에틸렌 비닐아세테이트 수지 5 ~ 25 중량%로 이루어진 기재 100 중량부에 대하여, 접착촉진제 0.2 ~ 3 중량부 및 용제 1800 ~ 4000 중량부를 혼합하여 제조함으로써, 상기 사출성형되는 중창과 사출 부품 간의 우수한 접착력을 향상시켜 내구성을 향상시키고 제품의 수명을 연장시킬 수 있도록 하는 표면처리제 조성물을 제공함을 과제로 한다.
