    • PURPOSE: A wave generation apparatus is provided to normally operate a water treatment facility during winter by preventing the freezing of processing water stored inside a reservoir with a sluice. CONSTITUTION: A wave generation apparatus for preventing the freezing of processing water comprises the following: a wave driving rod(20); a wave plate(30) waving the processing water collected inside a water treatment facility, by the operation of the wave driving rod; and a power transfer unit operating the wave plate by being rotated by the wave driving rod. The power transfer unit includes a rotary shaft(41), a first link(42) rotating the rotary shaft, and more than one second link(43) waving the wav plate by the rotation of the rotary shaft.

    • A hydraulic control system of a non-return butterfly valve is provided to make a working fluid smoothly flow by using a logic valve, thereby efficiently controlling the non-return butterfly valve. A hydraulic control system of a non-return butterfly valve includes a hydraulic cylinder(100), a power pack(200), a control section(300), and a hydraulic tank(400). The hydraulic cylinder is adapted to open and close the non-return butterfly valve. The power pack generates hydraulic pressure. The control section is provided between the hydraulic cylinder and the power pack to control the flux of the working fluid. The hydraulic tank is connected to the power pack and the control section. First to fourth passages(310,320,330,340) are formed in the control section. The hydraulic control system includes a first logic(331) valve connecting the first passage and the second passage, a shuttle valve(333) and a first four-way valve(332), a second logic valve(341) connecting the second passage and the hydraulic tank, and a second four-way valve(342) controlling the opening/closing operation of the second logic valve.
