    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of magnesium hydroxide powder is provided to extract magnesium hydroxide (Mg(OH)2) from ferronickel slag or serpentinite by using alkali waste or cheap alkali powder, thereby reducing manufacturing costs and having a resource recycling effect. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of magnesium hydroxide powder comprises following steps. An extracting solution is obtained by adding serpentinite including magnesium oxide in an acid solution. The impurities which are insolubility in the acid solution are primarily filtered. The impurity is precipitated into a hydroxide type while a pH of 7.1-9.0 is maintained by adding the alkali waste or alkali powder of pH 10.0-14.0 in the extraction solution which is primarily filtered. The precipitated hydroxide is secondarily filtered. A pH of 8.0-13.0 is maintained by adding alkali material while stirring the extraction solution which is secondarily filtered at 20-99°C. The alkali material-added product is treated with a water-heat process at 101-500°C, and Mg(OH)2 precipitate is obtained. And magnesium hydroxide powder is obtained by thirdly filtering, washing and drying the Mg(OH)2 precipitate. The alkali waste or the alkali powder is selected from plaster and ash.
    • 目的:提供氢氧化镁粉末的制造方法,通过使用碱性废物或廉价的碱性粉末从铁镍渣或蛇纹石中提取氢氧化镁(Mg(OH)2),从而降低制造成本并具有资源回收效果。 构成:氢氧化镁粉末的制造方法包括以下步骤。 通过在酸性溶液中加入包含氧化镁的蛇纹石获得提取溶液。 在酸溶液中不溶解的杂质主要被过滤。 通过在主要过滤的提取溶液中加入pH 10.0-14.0的碱性废物或碱性粉末来保持pH为7.1-9.0的杂质沉淀成氢氧化物型。 将沉淀的氢氧化物二次过滤。 在搅拌提取液的同时,加入碱性物质,在20-99℃下二次过滤,保持pH为8.0-13.0。 碱加料产物在101-500℃下用水热处理,得到Mg(OH)2沉淀。 通过三次过滤,洗涤和干燥Mg(OH)2沉淀物获得氢氧化镁粉末。 碱性废物或碱性粉末选自石膏和灰分。
