摘要： PURPOSE: A graphite form structure is provided to prevent dust of the graphite foam structure using a safe and effective method, to improve surface hardness, and to prevent the surface layer from being cracked. CONSTITUTION: A graphite form structure comprises: a structure of graphite foam; and a surface layer including polycarbosilane on the surface of the graphite foam structure. The surface layer has surface hardness of 6-8H and surface roughness(Ra) of 1μm or less. A method for forming the surface layer comprises the following steps: coating the graphite foam structure with polycarbosilane solution; drying the coated graphite foam structure at 80°C or less for 6-24 hours; and heat-treating the dried graphite foam structure at 200-400°C.
