    • PURPOSE: A piezoelectricity composition is provided to increase a mechanical quality factor by adding MnO2 and one of complex oxides such as CaZrO3, SrZrO3, and BaZrO3 to a KNN group metallic oxide. CONSTITUTION: One of complex oxides such as CaZrO3, SrZrO3, and BaZrO3 is included in a KNN group metallic oxide including ZrO2 and MnO2. The KNN group metallic oxide and complex oxide is composed of (1-x)KNN-xAEZrO3. The ZrO2 is included as two through four mol% complex of a complex oxide and the KNN group metallic oxide. The MnO2 is included as 0.05 through 0.15 weight% complex of ZrO2 and a complex oxide and the KNN group metallic oxide.
