摘要： PURPOSE: A moisture permeability measuring device is provided to measure the moisture permeability under identical condition of temperature and humidity and air current at constant location. CONSTITUTION: A moisture permeability measuring device comprises constant-temperature and constant-humidity chamber equipped with a transparent main door in the front for observation, a moisture permeability measuring module including an electronic balance which measures weight of one or more moisture permeable cup(300), and an exterior control device which controls the constant-temperature and constant-humidity chamber and the measuring module and stores the measuring data of the electronic balance. The constant-temperature and constant-humidity chamber additionally includes a main fan(140) which inhales inner air from the lower part of the constant temperature and constant humidity and vertically spurts the air.

摘要： PURPOSE: A finishing treatment method of non-sewing sport wear and outdoor wear is provided to prevent friction or compression phenomenon in the site where the pressure is applied, and to be able to solve the sewing wrinkle generation phenomenon in sewing and the coating face slip phenomenon of a moisture-permeable waterproof fabric due to a sewing needle. CONSTITUTION: A finishing treatment method of non-sewing sport wear and outdoor wear comprises a step of welding more than two pieces of the moisture-permeable waterproof fabric(10) with an ultrasonic welder in the state of overlapping the end portions each other; a step of attaching and fusing the folded sides of the moisture-permeable waterproof fabric by the folding part of the moisture-permeable water proof fabric with a polymer adhesive film; and a step of finishing the outside of a zipper part with a seam sealing tape(20). The fusing step comprises a step of first welding with an ultrasonic welder in the state of overlapping the end part of the moisture-permeable waterproof fabric and the moisture-permeable waterproof fabric corresponding to the end part of the moisture-permeable waterproof fabric; and a step of cutting moisture-permeable waterproof fabric for the finishing treatment with the same shape to the end part of the moisture-permeable waterproof fabric, and second welding with an ultrasonic welder in the state of overlapping the end of the moisture-permeable waterproof fabric and the moisture-permeable waterproof fabrics for the finishing treatment.
