    • 본 발명의 목적은 고 내식성을 요하는 동력전달 부품을 좀 더 저비용으로 생산성 있게 제조하는 방안을 제공하고자 하는 것이다.
      그에 따라 본 발명은 저가의 철계 분말을 기본 소재로 하여 원하는 부품의 형상으로 상온에서 성형한 후, 이를 진공 챔버에 넣고 크롬 분말과 활성제 및 불활성 충진제를 채운 팩을 넣어 팩 세멘테이션을 실시하며, 이때 수소가스와 Ar과 같은 비활성가스를 공급하면서 소결온도 이상의 고온으로 가열하여 철계 분말로 성형된 부품이 소결과 동시에 고 크롬 성분을 함유한 크롬 코팅처리되게 하여 코팅된 부위까지만 스테인레스화 하여 고 내식성 및 내마모성을 구비하게 하였다.

    • Disclosed are a system and a method for scouting supplier companies based on an ontology which reflects requirements of demander companies. The system for scouting supplier companies comprises an ontology managing unit which generates ontology based on demander company requirement information, which is configured by using collected requirements of the demander companies, and domain knowledge information, which is formed by analyzing information related to the industry to which the supplier company belongs; a search request processing unit which receives selecting conditions for the supplier company and information on a key capacity of the supplier company to generate an instance file based on the ontology, and receives search information requesting a search related to the supplier company to convert the search information to the selecting conditions for the supplier company; and a result processing unit which searches for the supplier company, that matches the converted selecting conditions for the supplier company, by using the instance file. Therefore, the demander company is allowed to systematically receive information on a manufacturing capacity and a Research and Development (R&D) capacity, which are the key capacities of the supplier company, and search for the supplier company that satisfies various demand requirements of the demander companies.

    • PURPOSE: A manganese precipitation method and a manganese precipitation apparatus are provided to rapidly and effectively precipitate manganese from a mixture by controlling the added quantity of an oxidizing agent depending on the content of manganese. CONSTITUTION: A manganese precipitation method is as follows. A metal mixture is produced by mixing crushed metal and sulfuric acid. The content of each metal contained in the metal mixture is detected(S100). The added quantity of an oxidizing agent, to be mixed with the metal mixture, is determined depending on the detected content of manganese(S110). The determined amount of the oxidizing agent is mixed with the metal mixture(S120). The manganese is precipitated by precipitating the mixture(S130).
