The gene expression inhibitor of intracellular adhesion molecule of vascular endothelial cell comprises a shizukaol B, cycloshizukaol A, or shizukaol F compound of the chemical formulas 1 to 3 each. The compound of the chemical formulas 1-3 is isolated from a Chlorantus japonicus SIEB. The composition for preventing the restenosis of organ or blood vessel is applied on the surface of a stent.
