    • A floating prevention apparatus of algal clump is provided to inhibit the floating of spirogyra and the algal clump clod, thereby maintaining a water purification function of the algal clump by means of a net with a floating prevention weight. A floating prevention sinker(11) is attached with a net(10) made of environmental friendly materials. The net is manufactured by the environmental friendly materials such as a small cord, a cotton yarn string and a nylon string in order to prevent the secondary damage of the water environment. Plural strings are crossed perpendicularly and horizontally so that a net is weaved. The plural floating prevention sinkers are hooked at the net with a constant distance. The materials of the sinker are metal with large specific gravity. The outside of the sinker is coated with plastic or vinyl in order to prevent the corrosion.

    • A method and an apparatus which can efficiently inhibit the growth of algae by treating the water to be treated using ultrasonic generators, underwater pumps, porous material treating tanks and biomaterial treating tanks in a state that required water treatment processes are combined according to the contamination state and the phosphorous concentration of water to be treated are provided. An apparatus for inhibiting the growth of algae using a combined treatment process comprises: one or more of underwater pumps that are installed in the water, suck in water in which algae live, and discharge the sucked water through discharge ports(3); ultrasonic generators(6) generating ultrasonic waves and irradiating the ultrasonic waves onto the water sucked in by the underwater pumps; biomaterial treating tanks(4) treating the water with a biomaterial containing allelochemicals obtained by extracting one or more of rice straw, wheat straw, barley straw and oak leaves with a polar solvent; porous material treating tanks(5) in which a siliceous porous material comprising SiO2 and CaO as principal components is filled to remove phosphorous contained in water; a frame(7) fixing positions of the underwater pumps, the ultrasonic oscillators, the biomaterial treating tanks and the porous material treating tanks in the water; ultrasonic oscillators(6') installed outside the frame with being spaced from the frame in a predetermined distance, and connected to the ultrasonic generators; a control part(12) outputting control signals for controlling operations of the underwater pumps, the ultrasonic generators, the biomaterial treating tanks and the porous material treating tanks; and a power supply part(11).
