    • PURPOSE: A method and a kit for detecting protein-protein interaction in a plant are provided to simply and accurately analyze anthocyanin pigment expression and to detect protein-protein interaction. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting protein-protein interaction in a plant comprises a step of detecting interaction between prey proteins and bait proteins through a plant dual hybrid system using IbMYB1 transcription factor. The plant dual hybrid system comprises a DB vector and an AD vector. The DB vector contains: a promoter; a sequence encoding DNA-binding domain(DB-domain) of IbMYB1 transcription factor positioned in the downstream of the promoter; a linker sequence positioned in the downstream of the DB-domain; a multiple cloning site(MCS) positioned in the downstream of the linker; a terminator sequence positioned in the downstream of the MCS; and a sequence encoding the bait protein inside the MCS.
