    • A method for classifying and detecting microorganisms is provided to be able to accurately classify and detect the microorganisms into subspecies by using a micro-array simply prepared by directly printing an amplified gene of pathogenic microorganisms without cloning step. The method comprises the steps of: (a) amplifying a gene of pathogenic microorganism such as salmonella through a suppression subtractive hybridization(SSH) technique; (b) printing the SSH product to prepare a micro-array; and (c) hybridizing the micro-array with a labeled sample and then detecting a signal. In the method, the SSH product obtained from the step(a) is not separated by cloning, but is directly printed on the micro-array.
