    • A gene delivery complex with a high selectivity for metastatic cancer cells is provided, which gene delivery complex mediates gene delivery specifically and effectively to the metastatic cancer cells secreting a gelatin decomposing enzyme. The gene delivery complex with a high selectivity for metastatic cancer cells comprises a cationic polymer material, nucleic acid and an anionic polymer material, wherein the cationic polymer material is selected from polyethyleneamine, chitosan and cationic peptide; the anionic polymer material is a polymer material which has anionic property and is biodegraded by hydrolase secreted from the cancer cells such as gelatin; the nucleic acid is DNA or RNA; and the gene delivery complex is prepared by coating the surface of a conjugate of polyethyleneimine and DNA with gelatin.
