    • PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a low resistance PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) heater for sensor substrate and a composition thereof are provided to form a low resistance PTC heater for sensor substrate having a surface temperature more than 330°C by adding various kinds of dopant to a device. CONSTITUTION: A composition of a low resistance PTC heater for sensor substrate comprises PbTiO3 of 40-60 mol%, Nb2O3 of 0.1-0.2 mol%, Al2O3 of 0.1-0.2 mol%, SiO2 of 1-5 mol%, and BaTiO3 of the remaining mol%. The composition is mixed and molded by using an ordinary method. A heating process for the composition is performed under an air atmosphere of a temperature of 600°C. A sintering process for the composition is performed under a nitrogen atmosphere of the temperature of 1100-1300°C. A cooling process for the composition is performed under the air atmosphere.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for alarming a gas leaking is provided to remove a data distortion due to the contact resistance and the noise by transmitting and receiving data between a search portion and a reception portion. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for alarming gas leaking includes the first micro computer(15), an address setup portion(16), a communication interface portion, the second micro computer(25), and a volume setup portion(24). The first micro computer(15) is used for calculating the density of the leaked gas according to an output of a sensor, storing the calculated result, and outputting the address information and the stored result according to a request signal. The address setup portion(16) sets up a peculiar address of the first micro computer(15). The communication interface portion transmits the address information and the calculated result of the first micro computer(15) to the outside through a network or a call signal to the first micro computer(15) through the network. The second micro computer(25) transmits the call signal to the first micro computer(15) and extracts the address information and the gas leakage information from a received response signal. The volume setup portion(24) sets up a volume of the first micro computer(15).

CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for alarming an approach to a power cable includes a transmission unit and a reception unit. The transmission unit includes a sensor portion(14), a signal processing portion(24), a micro computer control portion(18), and the first RF transmission and reception module. The sensor portion generates a sense signal when a crane approaches a power cable. The signal processing portion amplifies the sense signal and removed the noise from the sense signal. The micro computer control portion generates the distance data by analyzing and processing the distance between the sensor portion and the power cable. The first RF transmission and reception module modulates the distance data to a wire signal or a wireless signal. The reception unit includes the second RF transmission and reception module, a CPU, a sound source output portion, and a lamp indication portion.
