    • A triple composite electrode for a thermoelectric module and its manufacturing method are provided to prevent contact resistance from being increased by converting schottky contact into ohmic contact. After ITO paste is screen-printed on a substrate, the ITO paste is annealed by a temperature of 350 °C a rate of 2 °C per minute to form a thick ITO film. After ag/ITO paste containing ITO paste and Ag paste in a ratio of 2:2.5 to 2:3.5 is screen-printed on the thick ITO film, the Ag/ITO paste is annealed by a temperature of 350 °C at a rate of 2 °C per minute, and then is dried to deposit a thick Ag/ITO film. After Ag paste is screen-printed on the thick Ag/ITO film, the Ag paste is annealed by a temperature of 600 °C at a rate of 2 °C per minute, and then is dried to deposit a thick Ag film. The screen print is performed by using a screen made of nylon having 250 mesh.
