摘要： PURPOSE: A piezoelectric ceramic composition for parts feeders is provided, which has 1800-2400 of dielectric constant, low impedance and high electromechanical coupling coefficient at low sintering temperature by adding Cd to conventional piezoelectric ceramic materials. CONSTITUTION: The piezoelectric ceramic composition expressed by a formula of Pb1-xCdx(Ni1/3Nb2/3)y(ZrzTi1-z)1-yO3 (x=0.01-0.02, y=0.10-0.20 and z=0.44-0.53) is prepared by the following steps of: mixing PbO, CdO, NiO, Nb2O5, ZrO2 and TiO2 in the proportions corresponding to the above composition; ball-milling mixed powder and calcining at 850-1100deg.C; ball-milling calcined powder and forming under pressure of 1000kg/cm2; sintering at 1100-1250deg.C for 1-4hrs. The resultant piezoelectric ceramic composition for parts feeders has 1800-2400 of dielectric constant, more than 50% of electromechanical coupling coefficient, and more than 300pC/N of piezoelectric constant(d33).
