본 방법을 실시하면, 유사 특허군이 다양한 디스플레이 차원으로 그룹핑 되어 나타나기 때문에, 유사 특허군이 한눈에 파악될 수 있으며, 유사 특허군에 대한 탐색 시간이 현격하게 짧아지며, 사용자의 탐색 목적에 맞는 특허들을 빠르게 찾아낼 수 있게 되고, 아울러 유사 특허군에 대한 다각적인 분석 정보를 직관적으로 시각화시켜 제공되는 장점이 있다.
본 발명의 상기 유사 특허 분석맵 정보 제공 시스템은 (A) 중심 특허에 대한 정보를 입수 받는 단계; (B) 상기 입수 받은 중심 특허에 대한 유사 특허군 정보를 입수하는 단계; (C) 상기 유사 특허군 정보에 대한 디스플레이 차원에 대한 선택 정보를 입수 받는 단계; 및 (D) 상기 선택 정보를 입수 받은 차원에 대응되는 차원 구성 요소를 중간 노드로 하여, 상기 차원 구성 요소에 대응되는 유사 특허를 상기 중간 노드에 연결하는 방식으로 유사 특허를 배치하는 단계;를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

摘要： PURPOSE: A system for providing an extended patent citation map and a providing method thereof are provided to maximize the efficiency of exploration or the examination of a related patent by intuitively recognizing the related patent. A citation map is generated by visually placing the related patents while expressing the related property(S13). The central patent and registered related patents correspond to patent evaluation information.
