摘要： Structure of a tree for assembling a wax pattern of a precision casting product and an assembly method are provided to offer correct and easy usability by attaching a wax mold on the tree correctly. Structure of a tree for assembling a wax pattern of a precision casting product comprises the followings: a sprue(11) in which molding metal is flowed; a plurality of frames(12) branched from the sprue; and a joint portion(13) in which a concavo-convex part(14) is formed. The concavo-convex part is also formed on the bottom of a gate of a wax mold(20). The wax mold is attached on the frame by the concavo-convex part formed on the joint portion.

摘要： A jig for assembling wax patterns of precise castings is provided to let a worker execute all operations in the same spot by rotating a tree fixing tool at 360degrees around a post and turning a tree joined to the tree fixing tool, at 360degrees around the center axis of the tree. A jig for assembling wax patterns of precise castings is composed of: a support plate(10); a post(20) erectly set up on the support plate; and a tree fixing tool(40) and adjusting screws(30,33) for adjusting the height of the tree fixing tool, which are installed at a ring(21) penetrating through the post. The tree fixing tool comprises a rotating plate(41) having grooves formed at regular intervals along the periphery of a circular plate equipped with a shaft bored in the center; a bearing fitted into the shaft of the rotating plate; a straight tail dog(46) fitted into the shaft of the rotating plate and provided with one perforated groove; and a ball fitted to the grooves of the rotating plate and the perforated groove of the straight tail dog and elastically supported by a spring to fix the position of the tree fixing tool. The tree fixing tool is turned at 360degrees around the post. A tree combined with the tree fixing tool is turned at 360degrees around the center axis of the tree at the combined position.

CONSTITUTION: A cooling passage is formed in a gas turbine blade, and inclined uneven parts are formed at both sides of the cooling passage for forced convective cooling of the blade. An angle of attack is formed in the downward flow range of the uneven part, and different from the angle of attack formed in the upward flow range of the uneven part. The uneven parts are bent multi-angularly in the turbine blade. The uneven parts are overlapped, moved in parallel, or arranged symmetrically in the gas turbine blade. Cooling efficiency is improved, and heat is transferred evenly.
