摘要： An online coupon distribution system for DMB broadcasting and a method thereof are provided to offer differentiated coupons to specific persons in distributing online coupons, without the necessity of printing device. An online coupon distribution system comprises a coupon issuing server(100), a DMB broadcasting station(200), a DMB terminal(300), and a coupon recognition terminal(400). The coupon issuing server encodes and provides online coupon data. The DMB broadcasting station sends the encoded coupon data together with digital broadcasting signals. The DMB terminal receives and displays the digital broadcasting signals and the encoded coupon data, and stores the encoded coupon data. The coupon recognition terminal recognizes the encoded coupon data reproduced by the DMB terminal, and provides the payment information based on the online coupon data.
