    • A variable supporting device of a bogie frame to prevent an accident is provided to connect a fluid pressure actuator to the bogie frame after adjusting an interval of the fluid pressure actuator and a support rod on the ground without disassembling them. A variable supporting device of a bogie frame to prevent an accident comprises a post beam(10), a pair of fixed rail beam(20), and a plurality of variable rail beam(30). The post beams of four erectly are supported with the ground. A pair of fixed rail beams is horizontally connected to the upper end part of the post beam. A plurality of variable rail beams is installed on the bottom of the fixed rail beam to the crossed direction through a connecting member(40). The variable rail beam has a mobile unit(50) in order to be moved on the fixed rail beam. A plurality of supporting units(60) is installed at the variable rail beam. The supporting unit connects with a support rod(210) or a fluid pressure actuator(220) in order to give the load to the bogie frame down while being above the ground.

    • PURPOSE: A testing apparatus for a lightweight bogie frame is provided to measure the displacement of the lightweight bogie frame by making all kinds of the loads and reaction force applied on the lightweight bogie frame in curve motion. CONSTITUTION: A testing apparatus for a lightweight bogie frame comprises a dummy axle, a support rod(40) and a non-slip member(70). The testing device more comprises a vertical bracket(60) and a displacement sensor(50). The dummy axle supports the lightweight bogie frame(10). One side of the support rod is fixed on a ceiling. The other side of the support rod is fixed on the both sides of the dummy axle. The non-slip member is coupled on the both ends of each dummy axle and is supported on the wall. The vertical bracket is coupled with a fluid pressure actuator(P).

    • The present invention relates to an internal diagnosing device for a layered structure, which is to diagnose internal defects in a layered structure forming an inner layer by placing a different material in the inner side of an outer layer. The internal diagnosing device for a layered structure comprises: an ultrasonic scanner which is formed to move in the outer layer, transmits ultrasonic waves to the layered structure, and receives the reflected ultrasonic waves while moving in the outer layer; a tap tester which is installed at one side of the ultrasonic scanner and hits the outer layer at regular intervals according to the movement of the ultrasonic scanner in order to measure a contact time with the outer layer; and a defect detecting unit which is connected with the ultrasonic scanner and the tap tester, and detects internal defects in an interest area formed of a specific material among materials forming the inner layer based on ultrasonic signals received by the ultrasonic scanner and the measurement results of the tap tester.
