    • PURPOSE: A high strength alloy having new performance is provided in which some of principle alloy elements of Ni and Sn are reduced while elements having functions capable of supplementing material strength and controlling fine structure are added accordingly, and a method for manufacturing the Cu-Ni-Sn alloy is provided. CONSTITUTION: In a copper alloy for high strength wire rods and plates, the Cu-Ni-Mn-Sn-Al, Si-Ce, La, Nd and Pr based alloy comprises 1.0 to 10.0 wt.% of Ni, 0.1 to 10.0 wt.% of Mn, 0.1 to 10.0 wt.% of Sn, 0.1 to 5.0 wt.% of one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Al and Si, 0.01 to 1.0 wt.% of one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Ce, La, Nd and Pr, and a balance of Cu. The method for manufacturing the Cu-Ni-Mn-Sn-Al, Si-Ce, La, Nd and Pr based alloy for high strength wire rods and plates comprises the steps of weighing alloy elements; fusing the alloy elements by continuously injecting and agitating the elements well after the weighing step; manufacturing an ingot by continuously casting or die casting the sufficiently fused alloy elements into plates or rods; performing solution treatment on the manufactured ingot; and aging the solution treated rods or plates.

    • 본발명은고강도선재및 판재용구리-니켈-망간-주석합금과그 제조방법에관한것으로, 그목적은얇은판상이나소경봉상주괴의제조를연속주조법으로채택하고모든소성가공은냉간가공을채택하거나, 주석(Sn)의함량이약 4% 이하로낮은합금계로서두꺼운판상이나굵은봉상의슬라브주괴를제조하는경우에는열간가공후에냉간가공을채택하는방법으로써, 고강도구리합금및 그제조방법을제공하는데있다. 본발명의합금은 8.01∼10 wt%(중량백분율)니켈(Ni)과, 5.01∼10wt%(중량백분율)망간(Mn)과, 8.01∼10 wt%(중량백분율)주석(Sn)과나머지는구리(Cu)로조성되고, 그제조방법은합금할금속원소들을미리평량하여준비한후 용해로바닥에구리(Cu), 니켈(Ni)순의적층을반복하되마지막에는구리(Cu)로덮는합금재료적층장입공정(1)과; 그리고용해를시작하여구리와니켈이모두용해되면슬래그를제거하고난 후, 망간(Mn)을첨가해서용해시키고, 망간(Mn)이모두용해되었을때, 가열을중단하거나매우낮은열원을공급하는정도로하고주석(Sn)을투입하고합금하는용해합금공정(2)과; 합금원소들이충분히용해확산하여균질화되었다고판단되면용탕을보온로에옮겨연속주조를통한봉재나판재상태의주괴를제조하는봉, 판재연속주조공정(3)과; 이렇게제조된봉재나판재상태의주괴는 850±50℃의온도에서 1∼10시간유지후 냉각하여내부의특성을균질화사키는균질화처리공정(4)과; 주상조직을제거하는열간및 냉간소성공정(5)과; 냉간가공에의해중간상태의봉재나판재로가공후 이를 850±50℃의온도에서 0.5∼1.0시간유지후 수냉하여재결정및 고용체화처리를행하는용체화처리공정(6)과; 산세를통하여재료의표면을깨끗이하는산세처리공정(7)과; 이렇게처리된중간상태의봉재나판재는가공열처리를위한냉간소성공정(8)과; 최종적인강도를얻기위한 300∼550℃에서 1∼20hr 유지한후 공냉하는시효처리공정(9)과; 제품으로서상품성을높이기위한교정처리공정(10)으로이루어진다.

    • PURPOSE: A high intensity alloy and a producing method thereof are provided to produce Cu-Ni-Mn-Sn alloy for wire and plate of high intensity by employing cool processing after hot processing to produce a slab ingot of large bar, by using a cool processing for all plastic processing or by using a continuous casting for producing a thin plate or a small bar ingot. CONSTITUTION: Cu-Ni-Mn-Sn alloy is produced by the following steps. An ingot is processed into a bar or a plate by cool rolling and heated at temperatures of 800-900°C for 0.5-1.0 hour. The ingot is cooled by water, recrystallized and solidified. Pickling is performed to clean the surface of the material. The bar or the plate of intermediate state is cool-plasticized, maintained at temperatures of 300-550°C for 1-20 hours and cooled by air for obtaining final intensity. Finally, correction is processed to elevate the marketability of Cu-Ni-Mn-Sn alloy.
