    • A method for treating food waste of collective residence facilities is provided to offer excellent space efficiency by using a bioreactor, and to offer environment-friendly property by decomposing the food water with work of microorganism. A method for treating food waste of collective residence facilities includes the following steps of: collecting a compound of sewage and the food waste grinded in a pulverizer installed at the bottom of a sink; separating the transferred compound into sewage including a plurality of particles and sewage including few particles; processing the sewage including a plurality of particles in a bioreactor; discharging the processed sewage into a powder type; processing the sewage including few particles in a first bioreactor; discharging the processed sewage in a second bioreactor; and processing the particles precipitated in the first and the second bioreactors.

    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing organic acid from a biomass is provided to convert the organic acid to alcohol, ester, alkane, or fuel. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing organic acid from a biomass comprises: a step of fermenting the biomass to prepare organic acid; a step of concentrating the organic acid; and a step of distilling the organic acid and collecting the organic acid. The biomass is a plant biomass, animal biomass, waste biomass, or mixture thereof. The fermentation is performed by adding a pH adjusting agent of calcium cargbonate(CaCO_3), ammonium bicarbonate(NH_4HCO_3), ammonium carbonate((NH_4)_2CO_3), sodium carbonate(Na_2CO_3), sodium hydrogen carboante(NaHCO_3), sodium sulfate(Na_2SO_4), sodium hydroxide(NaOH), dolomite, or mixture thereof. The distillation is MED(multi-effect distillation), MSF(multiple stage flash distillation), or MVC(mechanical vapor compression distillation).
