    • PURPOSE: A cyclone precipitator is provided to maximize filtering efficiency about contaminated water as removal of flocks is facilitated in a state in which damage in the flocks is prevented to the maximum. CONSTITUTION: A cyclone precipitator comprises a cylindrical main body part (100); a water supply unit; and a discharge unit (300) which discharges pure water to outside of the main body part. A rapid speed nozzle is connected to an upper periphery surface of a main body in a slope direction and a flock removal cone (120) in a funnel shape is formed in a lower part of the main body part. The supply unit is connected to the rapid speed nozzle and supplies the contaminated water in the main body part including a mixer which mixes injected medications and the contaminated water. The discharge unit contains a perforating pipe (310) which is installed upright in the center of the main body part, a multi-step inclined cone (320) in the funnel shape, and an uppermost step inclined cone (330) which surrounds an upper part and a side part of the multi-step inclined cone. The multi-step inclined cone is gradually expanded to a lower part being fixed on an outer periphery surface of the perforating pipe. The uppermost inclined cone is prepared additionally in an upper part of the multi-step inclined cone and is extended with a wall part heading the lower part from a bottom circumference.

    • The present invention relates to a bush and a manufacturing method thereof and especially, to a device and a method for cutting oil grooves and smoothly flowing lubricating oil charged in the oil grooves. According to the present invention, the bush is cut by a cutting tool (20) which is rotated by a rotary shaft (210) arranged parallel to the longitudinal direction of the bush to form the oval or diamond shaped oil grooves (110) with widths over a circumferential width (Wr) and a longitudinal width (WI); thereby rapidly cutting the oil grooves. Thus, the present invention can increase the productivity of the bush and the lubricating efficiency of the oil grooves so that the functionality and marketability of the bush can be highly improved.

CONSTITUTION: The anti-wearing character tester of the sliding bearing for the construction machinery includes: a pendulum swing unit; torque cell(170); a pin-push assembly(200); and a boosting unit. The pendulum swing unit converts the rotational motion of the rotary actuator(120) through the eccentricity combination of the eccentric weight(130) and link into the pendular and oscillation. The pendulum swing unit establishes in the perpendicular frame(110) one side in order to rotate the rotary shaft(160). The torque cell is installed in part of the rotary shaft located at the upper part of the mainframe(100) and measures the torque of the rotary shaft. The pin-push assembly is fixed and combined between both bearing housing(180). The boosting unit is installed in the lower part of the pin-push assembly. The pendulum swing unit includes: a rotary actuator; an eccentric weight; a driving link(140); and a follow link(150). The rotary actuator is installed at the lower part of the perpendicular frame. The eccentric weight rotates by axis-connecting to the rotary actuator. The driving link is combined in the part of the eccentric weight to rotate and does the constant section pendular rotation by being axis-combined to the rotary shaft.
