    • PURPOSE: A surface structure in which a polyamine and a substrate are chemically combined, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have the surface structure which implements an excellent carbon dioxide adsorption quantity and high operation effect in the separation process; and capable of being reused.     • PURPOSE: A system and method for making a nonwoven fabric filter material by allowing the nonwoven fabric filter material to have an antistatic property during spinning in the shape of a fine fiber stream are provided. Thus obtained nonwoven fabric filter material has an electrical attraction force about 4 to 5 times that of conventional filer materials and can filter even fine dusts smaller than the pore size of the material. CONSTITUTION: The nonwoven fabric filter making system comprises: an extruder(2) for heating thermoplastic polymer resin(1) over a melting point and extruding; a spinning apparatus(4) for spinning the resin in the shape of fine fiber stream(5) through a plurality of nozzles(4a) using compressed air; a winder for collecting the fine fiber spun from the spinning apparatus; and a static electricity-providing apparatus for providing an antistatic property to a fine fiber stream. The static electricity-providing apparatus is corona discharging device(6) and disposed between the nozzle and a winder(7).

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a process for preparing a cellulose fiber structure by impregnating a cellulose fiber structure with an aqueous solution of a phosphorous compound and a nitrogen compound, heat treating in a nitrogen atmosphere, converting the obtained cellulose ammonium phosphate ester compound to a cellulose sodium phosphate ester compound by ion exchange and coupling a refractory metal is provided. Thereby the obtained fiber structure can be used for fire retardant material, insulating material and high temperature filter material. CONSTITUTION: This process comprises the steps of: forming a cellulose ammonium phosphate ester compound by impregnating a cellulose fiber structure containing cellulose fiber with an aqueous solution of a phosphorous compound and a nitrogen compound and reacting at 200 to 400deg.C in a nitrogen atmosphere; forming a cellulose sodium phosphate ester compound by ion exchange of the formed compound in a sodium hydroxide solution; coupling with a metal ion by impregnating the formed cellulose sodium phosphate ester compound with an alcohol solution of refractory metal chloride.
