    • A device for separating biological particles using a difference of a magnetic force and a gravity is provided to separate only biological particles in which magnetic materials are combined by putting a particle mixed solution including the biological particles in which the magnetic materials are combined into a container and authorizing a magnetic field, and to precipitate particles in which magnetic materials are not combined by a gravity. A device for separating biological particles using a difference of a magnetic force and a gravity comprises an upper plate(1), a lower plate(2) and a magnetic field application part(3). The upper plate comprises a container(20) accommodating droplet. The lower plate comprises a container which is positioned in the lower part of the upper plate accommodating droplet. The magnetic field application part is positioned on a top of the upper plate and authorizes the magnetic field. The upper plate is positioned so that an entrance of the container faces the lower part and the lower plate is positioned so that an entrance of the container faces the upper part. The entrance of the container of the upper plate and the entrance of the container and the lower plate face each other. The object particle is a cell, and a form of the container is cylinder.

    • A method and apparatus for forming and growing an embryoid body are provided to perform formation of the embryoid body having uniformed size and shape and cell differentiation rapidly and quantitatively, and perform cell culture for a long period of time by inhibiting quality lowering of the culture medium via continuous supply of the fresh culture medium through a bottom micro-pore layer. The apparatus for forming and growing the embryoid body(EB) comprises an EB formation layer(11), a culture well layer(12) and a micro-hole membrane(13), sequentially, and optionally comprises a bottom layer under the micro-hole membrane. The method for forming and growing the embryoid body(EB) comprises the steps of: perpendicularly erecting a cylindrical vessel having diameter of 1.0-2.6 mm of which both ends are opened; filling the cylindrical vessel with the culture medium containing stem cells to hang the culture medium to the end of the cylindrical vessel by the surface tension while the culture medium maintains a hemisphere shape; and aggregating the stem cells at the end of a culture medium drop having the hemisphere shape hanged to the end of the cylindrical vessel by gravity.
