    • A method for manufacturing phosphate-selective fluorescence probe is provided to sensitively measure the variation of low concentration and be useful in phosphatase activation measuring method. A phosphate-selective fluorescence probe by binding compound which is generated after covalent of fluorescence material with phosphate binding material of the chemical formulas 1 to 4 with metal ion through coordinate covalent bond. In the chemical formulas, R1 is amino, hydroxyl, thiol, carboxyl, carbonyl, vinyl or allyl group, R2 and R3 are ethyleneglycolyl ether (-(CH2O)n-)(n is integer less than 3), aliphatic hydrocarbon (-(CH2)m-)(m is integer less 3) or amide(-CONH-) group. The fluorescence material is fluorescein, tetramethylrhodamine, BODIPY, Alexa Fluor, Cy5, Cy3 or texas red. A method for analyzing the activation of phosphatase comprises: a step of mixing a phosphate-selective fluorescence probe with a substrate; a step of measuring the value of reaction solution containing a substrate; a step of adding phosphatase and measuring value after the reaction; and a step of comparing the value of pre-reaction solution and after the reaction.
