    • The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a porous carbon thin film material maintaining a nanopore structure in thermoset and carbonization which comprises: a step of forming a nanopore by making a carbon precursor react with an amphiphilic block copolymer hydrogen-bonded with the carbon precursor; a step of stabilizing the nanopore structure by irradiating UV on a compound obtained in the previous step; a step of thermosetting the compound irradiated by UV at a temperature higher by 20-50°C than the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the block copolymer; and a step of obtaining a carbon material in which the diameter of a pore is uniform by carbonizing the thermoset compound at a temperature of 600-800°C.
