    • PURPOSE: A highly intensifying shotcrete composition is provided to have high intensity and constructability by comprising inorganic nano anionic synthetic clay, HPA including calcium sulfo-aluminate and superplasticizer. CONSTITUTION: A highly intensifying shotcrete composition comprises 450-500kg/m^3 of cement, 20-30kg/m^3 of HPA and 5-8kg/m^3 of water reducing agent. The HPA comprises 0.1-5.0 parts by weight% of HT(inorganic nano anionic synthetic clay), 0.1-5.0 parts by weight% of calcium sulfoaluminate, 35-50 parts by weight% of silica fume, 35-50 parts by weight% of flyash and 0.1-7 parts by weight of anhydrous gypsum. In the highly intensifying shotcrete composition, water-binder(W/B) is 35-40 parts by weight% and fine aggregate moduls (S/a) is 55-65 parts by weight % and the maximum size of thick aggregate is below 13mm. The highly intensifying shotcrete composition comprises 35-45kg/m^3 of steel fiber. The HPA comprises 0.1-1.0 parts by weight % of water reducing agent and 0.01-0.1 parts by weight% of thickening agent. CONSTITUTION: A sealing packer for a rock bolt filler using a foaming material comprises a packer body, a first foaming agent and a second foaming agent. The synthetic-resin coated aluminum foils of the front and rear sides of the packer body are thermally-bonded to form an inner space. The inner space of the packer body is divided into two areas by an inner partition line(22), which is formed by the thermal bonding. The first foaming agent and the second foaming agent are respectively filled in the two areas of the inner space of the packer body. The first and second foaming agents are mixed and form a foaming body.
