    • PURPOSE: Hybrid ventilating system and method for mechanical and natural ventilation are provided to effectively perform temperature and humidity control and perform proper ventilation depending on indoor area. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid ventilating system comprises a mechanical ventilating unit(10), a natural ventilating unit(20), a temperature detector(40), a wind pressure detector(50), and a controller(30). The temperature detector detects outdoor temperature. The wind pressure detector detects the wind pressure of the natural ventilating unit and the mechanical ventilating unit. The controller controls the drive of the natural ventilating unit and the mechanical ventilating unit by using inner and outdoor environment information. Natural ventilating is made if the outdoor temperature corresponds to a temperature condition for the natural ventilating and if not, mechanical ventilating is made. During the natural ventilating, the wind speed of the natural ventilating unit is detected and if air volume incoming into the indoor is below required air volume, the natural ventilating is made.

    • PURPOSE: A window system is provided to maintain air tightness and insulating capability and to easily maintain a hollow layer between glass panes. CONSTITUTION: A window system comprises a widow set frame(10), an inner frame(100), an outer frame(200), an awning(30), and gaskets(150,160,170,180). The window set frame comprises a latching protrusion(11) and a mounting protrusion(12). The inner frame comprises an inner window(110) and is rotatably installed in the window set frame towards an indoor side and an outdoor side. The outer frame comprises an outer window(210) and is rotatably installed in the window set frame towards the outdoor side. The awning is installed in a hollow layer(20) formed between the inner window and the outer window. The gaskets are installed between the inner frame and the outer frame, the window set frame and the inner frame, and the window set frame and the outer frame.

    • PURPOSE: An insulation and ventilation system using underground heat is provided to carry out heat insulation function with a variable heat resistance according to the change of inside and outside temperatures by forming underground walls of a building in a dual structure having an air circulation channel and connecting or disconnecting room spaces with the underground structure.     • PURPOSE: A hybrid ventilation apparatus capable of both natural and forced ventilation is provided to prevent the sudden decrease of interior air by controlling the opening area of a flow path to block the sudden inflow of exterior air. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid ventilation apparatus comprises a housing, a natural ventilator(120), and a forced ventilator. In the natural ventilator, a warm gear(123b) is rotated forward by the torque of a power transmission unit(123) according to the control of a controller and a pressing member(123c) rotates dampers(122,122') by engaging with a rotation guide member(122c) so that a flow path is opened. And, the worm gear is rotated reversely by the torque of the power transmission unit, the pressing member is restored, and rollers(124b,124b') are rotated to rotate the dampers, thereby controlling the opening area of the flow path. Accordingly, interior and exterior air is naturally ventilated through the opened flow path. The forced ventilator compulsorily ventilates exterior air by rotating an intake fan and an exhaust fan according to the control of the controller.
