    • PURPOSE: A method to measure the arch of a foot is provided which can measure the height of the arch correspondent to each person's condition of the arch more precisely.     • An endoscopic dissector is provided to minimize power required for dissection and reduce fatigue of an operator by matching a transmission direction of operator's power and a dissection progress direction. An endoscopic dissector includes a head unit(120), a main body, a knob(200), and an adapter(300). The head unit is formed in an oval and hemispheric shape with a curved front end and has a void inside. The main body is integrated with the head unit and includes an endoscope passing unit inside and a guide rail. The knob is coupled along a longitudinal direction of the main body and includes a female screw hole through which the endoscope passes by being connected in a longitudinal direction so that a direction of operator's power is matched with a dissection progress direction. The adapter includes a flange, and first and second clamps. The flange is assembled to the female screw hole of the knob and includes a male screw coupled with the female screw hole. The first and second clamps are coupled or separated with/from each other around a hinge axis fixed on the flange and includes a rubber sleeve inserted into an inner diametric surface.

    • Provided is a method for detecting endotoxin to analyze quantitatively endotoxin precisely in a short time with a small amount of sample by using a lap-on-a-chip. The method comprises the steps of injecting a control standard endotoxin sample containing a known concentration of endotoxin and a reagent for LAL (Limulus Amebocyte Lysate) test through the sample injection hole of a lap-on-a-chip comprising a replica which has a channel where a sample flows formed at the lower part of the replica, a sample injection hole formed at the one side terminal of the channel and a color detection part capable of the color change of sample formed at the other terminal, and a glass substrate which is combined with the lower part of the replica to form a channel and covers the channel; measuring the time which the absorbance of the sample of the color detection part reaches a certain value to obtain a standard curve showing the relationship between the concentration of endotoxin and the time reaching a certain absorbance value; injecting the sample whose endotoxin content is to be measured and the reagent for LAL test through the sample injection hole; and measuring the time which the absorbance of the sample of the color detection part reaches a certain absorbance value and putting the measured time value in the standard curve to obtain the content of endotoxin in the sample.
