摘要： PURPOSE: A microorganism Bacillus sp. MJM002 producing antibiotics against Streptomyces scabiei and the antibiotics therefrom are provided, thereby environment-friendly preventing a disease in potatoes caused by Streptomyces scabiei. CONSTITUTION: The microorganism Bacillus sp. MJM002(KACC 91063) producing antibiotics against Streptomyces scabiei is provided, wherein Bacillus sp. MJM002(KACC 91063) is isolated from samples collected from the soil in Jejudo and the soil in China, and KACC samples. The method for producing antibiotics against Streptomyces scabiei comprises the steps of: culturing Bacillus sp. MJM002(KACC 91063) in GYM medium; centrifuging the cultured medium to obtain a broth; extracting the cultured broth with ethylacetate; and subjecting the ethylacetate extract to silica gel chromatography and preparative HPLC.
