    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing TiO2 photo catalyst is provided which obtains porous structure by preferably orienting polycrystalline titanium dioxide (TiO2) in a direction on an amorphous glass substrate. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a step (a) of flowing plasma gas such as argon and nitrogen and oxygen supplied through gas supply pipe in an RF plasma generator(7) having a RF output of 5 to 55 W; a step (b) of generating plasma from the RF plasma generator using the plasma gas, and flowing the generated plasma into a reactor; a step (c) of reforming the surface of a glass substrate using the plasma at an inner reactor pressure of 200 to 1,000 mtorr; and a step (d) of vaporizing the organic titanium compound by heating an organic titanium compound of titanium tetraisopropoxide in an evaporator(1) having a temperature of 250 to 410 deg.C, and evaporating the vaporized organic titanium compound at an inner reactor pressure of 300 mtorr to 100 torr by flowing the vaporized organic titanium compound in the reactor.
